• We will collect the name, hotel name and e-mail address of all establishments who wish to use an evaluation version of our software. This information will be stored for our own use but will not be displayed anywhere on our website or otherwise broadcast to any third party
• We will collect and store the name, address and contact details for our members. These details will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be displayed anywhere on the website or broadcast to any third party, except where you agree for contact details to be shown in order that visitors to the website can make contact with you regarding availability and booking of your hotel/guest house.
• Our members will have password-protected access to the personal details that they submit in order that these details can be kept properly up to date or removed if necessary. All member passwords are fully encrypted and you will be required to create a new password should you lose your existing one.
• We will not store any information related to credit cards or other financial information.
